With 30+ years experience in health care, management, and education, Linda represents the CCCCO as the nursing and allied health statewide subject matter expert. She partners with statewide organizations including the California Hospital Association, California Workforce Investment Board-Health Workforce Development Council, California Action Coalition, Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, California Advanced Primary Care Institute, and others.

Statewide Priorities

  • Coordination of Statewide HWI Advisory Committee and 3CNAC;
  • Represent the CCCCO as the nursing and allied health statewide subject matter expert;
  • Partner with statewide organizations including the California Hospital Association, California Workforce Investment Board-Health Workforce Development Council, California Action Coalition, Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, California Advanced Primary Care Institute, and others;
  • Provide nursing and allied health faculty development;
  • Provide Broadband continuing education for RN faculty and incumbent RNs for curriculum integration into ADN programs;
  • Provide technical assistance to each Regional Consortia selecting health as a priority or emergent sector in the formation of workforce development networks to respond to the health care labor market needs of each individual region;
  • Coordinate HWI Deputy Sector Navigator activities; and
  • Assist each region in meeting workforce needs based on the identified regional priorities.
