CNA Educators Conference “Building Resilience in our CNA Workforce”
This conference will provide CNA Program Directors, Faculty, and Teachers with the tools to build a resilient workforce in this current climate. The need for CNAs continues to grow. Our safety net more than ever needs quality certified nurse assistants to provide care to those vulnerable patients. Attendance will provide you greater insight to uplift each other, learn more about program requirements, industry insights, and a vendor showcase of online resources tools for student learning outcomes.
OBJECTIVES:
- Identify at least four specific tools to educate CNAs to control and support mental health and well-being.
- Discuss industry pain points and the need for a quality CNA workforce.
- Identify innovative practices to engage students in a virtual/ online learning environment
