DCA Issues New Waivers

Exercising the authority under Governor Gavin Newsom’s Executive Orders N-39-20, the director of the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) issued the following waivers today:

  • DCA Waiver DCA-21-136 Order Waiving Requalification Requirements for Private Investigators, Private Patrol Operators, Security Guards, and Alarm Company Agents
  • DCA Waiver DCA-21-137 Order Waiving Restrictions On Licensed Midwives, Physician Assistants, Respiratory Care Practitioners, And Veterinarians Ordering And Administering COVID-19 Vaccines In Association With State or Local Vaccination Efforts
  • DCA Waiver DCA-21-138 Order Waiving Restrictions On Medical Assistants Administering COVID-19 Vaccines
  • DCA Waiver DCA-21-139 Order Waiving Restrictions On Healthcare Students Administering COVID-19 Vaccines In Association With State or Local Vaccination Efforts
  • DCA Waiver DCA-21-140 Order Waiving Restrictions On Healthcare Providers With Expired, Inactive Or Lapsed Licenses Ordering And Administering COVID-19 Vaccines In Association With State or Local Vaccination Efforts
  • DCA Waiver DCA-21-141 Order Waiving Restrictions on Naturopathic Doctors Relating to Ordering and Administering COVID-19 Vaccines
