Nursing Program Director Survey

The Health Workforce Initiative powered by the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office in collaboration with Health Impact, San Jose State University Nursing and the Centers of Excellence invite you to participate in this statewide Nursing Program Director Survey.

Nursing Program Leadership Survey

As the nursing shortage continues as a topic of discussion, so is the need for the future of qualified nursing program directors. This survey intended for leaders of academic nursing programs is to quantify the current and projected workforce shortage among nursing directors /deans from nursing programs in California with twelve questions centered on the nursing program director role.

Your responses will identify barriers to recruitment, strategies for succession planning, and critical leadership competencies. This survey consists of multiple-choice questions and should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. We ask that you complete this by Friday, January 10, 2020
